In order to digitally transform their organisation, Velocitii helped a central government client to exit from a large, long-standing contract with a multinational IT services provider.
A key part of this was the potential TUPE of more than twenty employees from the services provider back into our client. In a short space of time, Velocitii TUPE experts Amy and Clare moved the TUPE workstream from one of significant financial and legal risk, to one that delivered value to the client through cost-savings and strategic organisational design.

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, the British government sought to ensure that food parcels were delivered to the homes of the 1.5 million most vulnerable people in the UK. A key element in achieving this was a digital product that managed data flows between local authorities (via MHCLG) and food wholesalers (via DEFRA) through central government (at GDS).
Velocitii expert developer, Jon, and service designer, Loic, worked alongside a committed and visionary team at MHCLG to deliver this vital work.

PropTech is about digital disruption: transforming the housing and planning sector through digital and data technologies.

Jess has helped our central government client to build momentum, provide leadership and digital services, and make better data available to accelerate transformation in this sector.
